Short films offer an amazing diversity of voices and artistic approaches, which makes them especially great to enjoy for the curious mind.
This international programme was loosely woven around this year’s scorching Herzogian ‘Lessons in Darkness’ theme. Smoke, heat and dust will unsurprisingly invade the screen, exposing some of the man-made fragilities of the world we inhabit, while bearing witness to the strength of individuals and communities who endure, resist, and fight back.
