Short Scene Screenwriting Workshop

Short Scene is an intensive six-month workshop that combines the theory and practice of screenwriting, the development of ideas, the actual writing of a short film script, and a public presentation or the so-called project pitch. For this, participants prepare individually with their mentors and in groups.

Because of the small number of selected participants, mentors can work more closely and thoroughly with each individual, and everyone can learn about each other’s ideas, igniting a deeper and more inspiring creative exchange. The workshop is open to both experienced and inexperienced screenwriters.

The chosen participants of 2025 (and their projects are): Sasha Ihnatovich with Home My, Oh, Forest My, Blaž Andrašek with S. Proščen, Lenart Sušnik and Lina Bensa with Cesta v prod 14a, Ana Prebil with Postelje, Jurij Drevenšek with Bloody Honour and Urška Sajko with Bela tehnika.
